Let’s go over a few points and differences of ‘Do not’. Using Didn’t (past tense of do not) refers to the past. While don’t and doesn’t both refers to the present. The main difference between don’t and doesn’t is:

  1. We use Don’t when the subject is I, youwe or they.
    • We don’t have the right shoes to go bowling.
    • They don’t know the exact directions to the library.
    • I don’t think I’ve ever been so angry with him before.
    • You don’t have the right to talk to me that way.
  2. When the subject is heshe or it, we use doesn’t.
    • He doesn’t see a future with her.

    • She doesn’t look very happy today.
  3. Didn’t can be used in:
    • Subjects – I, you, he, she, it, we, they  
    • Objects – Me, you, him, her, it, us, them
