「In my opinion」は私の意見ではという意味で、個人の考えを述べるときに使用されます。

Meaning

「In my opinion」は、自分の考えや意見を述べる際に使われる英語の表現です。このフレーズは、他人と自分の見解が異なる場合や、個人的な見解を示したいときに役立ちます。例えば、議論や会話の中で自分の立場を明確にしたいときに使用します。

Did you know that you can omit "In my opinion" without changing the overall meaning of the sentence? So why use it anyway? Well, we use the add-on "In my opinion" to offer a personal opinion to something we have said or are going to say. In other words, we reduce our statement to a personal point of view regardless of what is factual.
