Writer’s Note

Did you know that you can omit ‘In my opinion‘ without changing the overall meaning of the sentence? So why use it anyway? Well, we use the add-on In my opinion to offer a personal opinion to something we have said or are going to say. In other words, we reduce our statement to a personal point of view regardless of what is factual.

In my opinion can be used at the beginning of a sentence or at the end of a sentence.
